After 18 years as a full time real estate agent & owner/broker of Marovish Properties in Orange County, California, I relocated to the North Shore of Kauai as a permanent resident along with my wife Julie & our two boys Nathan (13) and Connor (11) in 2017.  Kauai has been ‘in my blood’ since I was a child and I have always considered this island my forever home.  I began coming here with my family every Christmas from age 4 and was fortunate to move to the south side in 1997.  While my initial stay only lasted 1 year, it planted the seed in my soul.  Kauai represents more to me than just a beautiful Hawaiian island.  It is a way of life, a slower pace, the majestic canvas of God’s handiwork, and an ohana that looks out for one another.  It is my home. I am an active member in the North Shore community, serving as secretary & treasurer for Pu’ukumu School and as devoted parent at Hanalei Elementary.  I am an active member at the Hanalei Canoe Club and enjoy being on the water both in a canoe and as a stand-up paddler.  Other hobbies include traveling, hiking, sailing, diving, volunteering at church, school and in the community, and spending quality time with my family.
